The wedding is fast approaching and we have many important updates about Love Fest.

Welcome Drinks

There are a number of you who are arriving into Coffs Harbour on Wednesday 23rd September, so we thought it would be a wonderful chance to catch up and have a few welcome drinks together if you are keen. Let’s meet at Aanuka Beach Resort Bar at 5.30pm. 

Wedding Day

It’s the event you have all been waiting for! We have arranged a couple of buses to pick you all up and transport you to Marlowe House for the ceremony and party. At this stage the bus will depart from out the front of Aanuka Beach Resort at 3.00pm. Those of you not staying at this resort, will need to get yourselves to this pickup point. Family and friends staying at the Waterside Cabins, if you are not walking down the road to Marlowe House, the bus will do a quick loop back to your accommodation after the other guests have been dropped off.

The bus will leave at approximately 11.00pm on Friday night and take you all back to the drop off point at Aanuka Beach Resort. Remember that we have another big day on Saturday!

Unplugged Wedding

A gentle reminder that our wedding day is unplugged, meaning no cameras, phones and definitely NO social media during the ceremony. We would like you all to really be present and enjoy the moment rather than watching it through a lens. Please respect this decision.

During the party you are welcome to take photos, however we ask that you refrain from on putting them on social media until such time that we upload our own professional photos. Cheers!

Recovery BBQ and Cricket Match

With most of us sporting hangovers and sore feet, we will all be backing it up by returning to Marlowe House on the Saturday after the wedding. This day will be very relaxed.  We will kick off with a yummy BBQ and work towards a fun game of cricket in the afternoon sun.

Again, we have arranged buses to take the stress out of your day. Be ready to depart from Aanuka Beach Resort at 10.30am. Bring your sunnies, hat, towel and your swimmers.

Bus will be departing from Marlowe House back to your accommodation at 5.00pm.

Farewell Drinks

Once you have checked out of your accommodation, you are welcome to join us at the Hoey Moey pub. It is well known in Coffs for its Sunday session – right on the beach and great live music.

Bring your bags and hang with the crew one last time before you depart. Taxi’s will be approximately 7 minutes to the airport.
